At ByRoco, we are committed to providing high-quality digital products in the form of templates. Due to the nature of our products, we have a strict refund policy as outlined below.

1. No Refunds Policy

All sales made through ByRoco are final. Because our products are digital and instantly accessible upon purchase, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns. Once a template has been downloaded or accessed, it cannot be returned, nor can the payment be reversed.

2. Why We Do Not Offer Refunds

Unlike physical goods, digital templates are not returnable. Upon downloading or accessing a digital product, the intellectual property is effectively transferred. Since digital products cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense, refunds are not applicable.

3. Technical Issues

In the event that you encounter a technical issue with a template, we encourage you to reach out to our support team at hello@byroco.com. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve technical issues, such as broken links, missing files, or issues with file formats, within 7 business days. Please include detailed information about the issue, including screenshots, if applicable.

4. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same template more than once, contact our support team within 48 hours of the duplicate purchase. We will review your request and, in the case of genuine duplicate purchases, issue a store credit that can be used toward another product.

5. Incorrect Product Purchased

If you purchase the wrong template, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. We strongly advise reviewing the product descriptions and any demo or preview content before making a purchase. If you have questions about a product prior to purchasing, feel free to contact us for clarification.

6. Unauthorized Purchases

In the event that your payment method was used to purchase a template without your authorization, please contact us immediately at hello@byroco.com. We will investigate and assist in resolving any cases of unauthorized purchases.

7. Support and Assistance

While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to ensuring that your experience with our templates is positive. If you experience any issues with a purchased product, we encourage you to contact us so that we can provide assistance or guide you on how to resolve any problems.

8. Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional cases, we may evaluate refund requests at our discretion, such as in the event of a significant defect or error in the template that renders it unusable. These situations are rare and will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.
